What We Do

Maze Group operates our catering solution from within venues, working alongside teams and in service of the people who use them every day.

Founded by Con Koutroumbas, a qualified chef with more than 40 years’ experience, the group has expanded with a background in kitchens and venue operations, shaped by long-standing involvement in clubs and large-scale hospitality environments.

Our work spans in-house club catering, multi-outlet venues, quick-service operations and large-scale functions and events. Across every format, the focus remains the same: food that suits the venue and its members, systems that support the operation, and teams who understand the rhythm, expectations and culture of the community they are part of.

Menus are designed for relevance and value. Operations are structured for clarity and control. Leadership remains present, accessible and accountable.
